Anni Turnbull's colour photographs give texture and vitality
to the everyday. These photogrpahs were taken over a series of months
in 2005 along the Cooks river .
Her works look beyond degradation and rehabilitation to shapes
and textures, faces and personalities. Anni studied photography
at Sydney College Of The Arts. At Parramatta Heritage Centre, her
exhibition 'Out In The Gardens' investigated colour and texture
of the area's gardens in 2002. Her interpretations of people and
place are now part of a permanent exhibition in Parramatta Park.
Her visual interpretations have been used extensively in advertising
campaigns for strong social issues such as drugs and alcohol and
safe sex. View Anni's
